Our partner is looking for a Vietnamese Customer Support Agent to support their operations from SouthEast Asia. In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience for our players addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing topnotch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Vietnamese speaking players ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Manage and engage with Vietnamese VIP players offering personalized service and creating a premium gaming experience.
- Stay updated on Vietnamese gaming trends and regulations to enhance customer interactions and provide relevant insights to the team.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize the overall gaming experience for the Vietnamese audience.
- Support on adhoc projects as required
Ideal profile:
- A minimum of 12 years experience in a similar role ideally with experience in the online Casino and Sports Betting Industry
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English
- Strong problemsolving skills to address customer issues creatively and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Familiarity with customer support software like Intercom CRM systems and other relevant tools used within the industry.
