Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Web Design and Development:
- Design develop and maintain websites using HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve usability.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage web design projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and developers.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites are functional across different browsers and devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs promptly.
- Implement best practices for website security and performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and clients.
- Provide training and support to clients on website use and functionality.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Web Design Graphic Design Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development.
- Proven experience with HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Skills:
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma).
- Strong understanding of web standards crossbrowser compatibility and accessibility.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
