Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching:
  

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective physics lessons to students.
    
  • Use diverse teaching methods to cater to various learning styles and abilities.
    
  • Prepare lesson plans instructional materials and assessments that align with the curriculum.
    
  • Conduct laboratory experiments and practical sessions to enhance students understanding of physics concepts.
    

• Student Support:
  

  • Provide academic support and guidance to students.
    
  • Identify and address individual student needs and learning gaps.
    
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
    

• Assessment and Evaluation:
  

  • Design and administer tests quizzes and other assessments to evaluate student performance.
    
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress.
    
  • Maintain accurate records of student grades attendance and other essential data.
    

• Professional Development:
  

  • Stay current with developments in the field of physics and education.
    
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops.
    
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
    

• Administrative Duties:
  

  • Attend and participate in faculty meetings parentteacher conferences and other school events.
    
  • Assist in the development and review of the physics curriculum.
    
  • Contribute to schoolwide initiatives and extracurricular activities as needed.
