This is a remote position.
Objective Overview:
The Social Media and Content Coordinator will join a dynamic team to enhance internal communications manage social media interactions provide administrative support and perform analytics and reporting to refine marketing strategies. This role is pivotal for boosting content creation and operational efficiency aligning with the company s expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Reporting:
Schedule assets on the calendar and gather reports for paid social and organic social podcasts and blogs.
Schedule email sends and gather reports.
Provide weekly and monthly social media email conversion lead and recruiting reports.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media communities and respond to DMs likes and comments
Respond to company reviews on Zillow Google etc.
Content Creation and Coordination:
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to outline weekly content strategy and develop content including ghostwriting and filling gaps.
Coordinate collect and organize content from various contributors for weekly emails.
Develop creative materials for the VP of Marketing s video recordings.
Create and distribute the "Loan Officer Win The Week" emails.
Training and Development:
Develop LMS training graphics and video content for various offer strategies.
Maintain content organization and version control.
Performance Objectives:
First 2 Weeks: Orientation Onboarding and Learning the Ropes
Complete onboarding processes familiarize with Summit Fundings brand voice and strategic objectives.
Review existing content and prepare a report on areas for improvement.
First Month: Initial Creation of Marketing Collaterals
Collaborate and work with the Content Marketing Specialist and other marketing team members in creating a social media calendar
Create social media graphics for the first 2 weeks of the social media calendar add in hashtags and schedule for posting with the guidance of the creative director
Assume responsibility for curating weekly internal communications and the "Win the Week" emails ensuring content is informative and engaging
Learn and start managing existing content schedules and CRM activities.
First 90 Days: Social Media Engagement
Prepare organize and launch email campaigns using copy provided by Content Marketing Specialist
Engage with social media audiences through likes follows comments and answering messages
Collaborate with other marketing team members in evaluating and tweaking the process flow for materials creation to increase efficiency.
Start to pull regular reports on email and social media engagement metrics making recommendations for adjustments.
First 180 Days: Community Management and Optimization
Take proactive steps in managing social media communities by increasing engagement rates and timely interactions.
Lead a midterm project to enhance the quality of visual content
First Year: Leadership and Innovation
Prepare the marketing team for scaling operations including training new team members and enhancing existing workflows to support expansion.
Innovate and propose new social media ideas to stay ahead of market trends and position Summit Funding as a leader in the mortgage industry.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation and social media management
Strong graphic design skills
Experience handling and working with reports and analytics such as social media analytics email marketing analytics etc.
Experience on any social media scheduling software.
Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and performance metrics.
Understanding of the US mortgage industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
