Your new role will be...

Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner) both in Italian and English.

Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products.

Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience.

Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Training contract: 16working days (paid)

Monthly Gross Salary: 1.20269

Type of contract: Initial contract with a duration of 12 months; Up to two contract renewals with a duration of 12 months; Permanent employment contract after 2 years.

Requirements to join the team:

Fluency in Italian and English.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Hold EU ID or Ressidence card.

Portugal on site.
