Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Handle incoming calls ensuring highquality customer service and manage client interactions with professionalism.
- Lead Handling: Process and track inbound leads follow up on paid leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Marketing Support: Assist in managing marketing budgets collaborate with lead sources and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize appointments schedule meetings and route sales personnel effectively using strategic tools like heat maps.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks to support team operations and project management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Excel and Google Calendar.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Zapier.
- Willingness to learn specific tools such as Close CRM and Housecall Pro.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Experience with CRM systems and basic marketing principles.
