Direct Responsibilities
Candidate need to handle customer calls and Sharekhan research ideas to clients
Place orders in clients account with proper authentication
Initiates Sharekhan research ideas to the clients
Need to be updated with market news financial trends and current affairs
Need to do outbound calls after market hours of reactivation customers
Contributing Responsibilities
Responsible for Brokerage revenues
Responsible for attending max inbound calls
Responsible for maintaining Proper quality while attending calls.
Responsible for placing maximum trades in clients accounts with accuracy.
Responsible for Reactivation of customers
