Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your job responsibilities will include

Reporting and MIS:
o Prepare and maintain Revenue Tracker for all verticals under the Senior Managing Director by having summaries and insights on the same in coordination with various
businesses.
o Prepare and analyze monthly MIS and quarterly projections.
o Support to internal Business Generation (BG) team by call management along with noting actions and tracking handling monthly calls for the BG group data collation
and analysis helping in offsite planning and preparation of documents/ PPTs for all the meetings.
o Active participation in the internal operations call by preparing dashboard performing analytics around operational performance and sharing insights with business leaders
and preparing minutes and tracking of action items.
o Support to various business leaders as and when required on regional MIS automating a few processes.

Business Plans:
o Consolidation and support to the businesses (in terms of coordination with central teams uniformity of data and proof check before review by Professional Services
Head) for preparation of Annual Plan/ Budgeting 5year plans and internal MIS/reports.

Support on various strategic activities to PS Head:
o Support in preparing data and files basis agenda set for meeting with the group Chairman during his visits to India.
o Active support in campaigns run by the Senior Managing Director by preparing minutes action tracker and preparation of update notes.
o Support to Senior Managing Director on various other group level and corporate initiatives.
o Have an eye for various digitization activities for improving efficiency and processes.
o Foreign trip planning along with required documentation support.
o Ideas for revenue leakage and cost savings measures.

Administration:
o Central SPOC for all data and coordination with Finance HR Admin IT teams for businesses under the Senior Managing Director.
o Annual calendar management and scheduling meetings basis requirement.
o Attending calls with the Senior Managing Director and preparing an action tracker for the same.
