The downtown Riverside litigation company is looking for an aggressive teamoriented and competent attorney. We are a law practice with over 20 employees that takes a teamfirst approach. Our cases are fascinating and intriguing. We often and routinely manage highprofile and difficult matters with multimillion dollar exposure for private and public entity clients in state and federal courts throughout the area. Whether you go to trial assist at trial handle an appeal before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals or argue a petition for summary judgment under the 14th Amendment Due Process Clause you will find the job extremely fulfilling.

Position Overview:
As a member of our Litigation team you will handle and litigate fascinating cases from start to finish with supervision as necessary. Case strategy development taking and defending depositions preparing substantive motions engaging with staff and investigators on discovery and factfinding and pursuing remedies through summary judgment mediation or trial are all part of the job. Your caseload will include a variety of practice areas such as civil rights employment tort and others.
