• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

• Conduct customer research

• Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
• Provide accurate and timely information to management

Develop a strong knowledge of the companys products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Answer phones and book reservations for customers based on availability listed in the system

Upsell products to clients by recommending our products.

Inform customers of alternative events concerts or promotions

Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages

Build rapport with customers/internal stakeholders sales team/distributors through friendly engaging communication.
