1. Leadership and Management:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the factory operations team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement teamwork and accountability.
Develop and mentor a highperforming operations team.
2. Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Ensure that operational goals are achieved in line with company standards and targets.
3. Production Planning and Execution:
Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
Implement measures to enhance production efficiency and minimize waste.
4. Supply Chain Management:
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
Establish strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain product quality and reliability.
Lead initiatives to continuously improve quality control and assurance systems.
6. Health Safety and Environment (HSE):
Champion a culture of safety and environmental sustainability within the factory.
Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace incidents.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote best practices.
7. Cost Management:
Develop and manage operational budgets to achieve cost efficiency and profitability.
Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Monitor expenses and implement measures to control costs and improve margins.
8. Continuous Improvement:
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes systems and performance metrics.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and other methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Encourage innovation and creativity to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven 15 Years experience in a senior operations leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters degree preferred)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain management and quality management systems.
