Location: Dallas TX

Duration : FullTime Role

Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills

Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure storage and integration.

Create custom data models for data discovery mapping and visualization.

Work with IP21 team to get the data into CDF.

Knowledge / Experience on CDF

Prior Experience in ETL SQL Python

Customer facing experience Excellent / Good communication skill

Roles & Responsibilities

Gathers complete and accurate information on the nature complexity and urgency of customer issues and accurately records all information in customer contact software

Takes ownership of and resolves customers product issues via telephone email or inperson meeting or exceeding stated service level agreement (SLA) timeframes

Regularly executes case management best practices through clear and timely documentation of customer
