Role > Scrum Master with specific technicalities for each of the 4 open roles

Overview > A Scrum master is a facilitator for an Agile development team. The will be responsible for managing the exchange of information between team members. On this perspective Scrum is a project management framework which will enable the team to communicate and selforganize to make changes quickly in accordance with Agile principles in the expectation of good speed and quality result for the project

Open Roles > 1) Scrum Master with data and analytics experience with experience in Digital Commerce (Search analytics product recommendation digital content analytics) in FMCG; 2) Scrum Master with data and analytics experience with experience in Strategic Revenue Management (Pricing analytics Promotion Analytics Assortment Mix etc.) in FMCG space; 3) Scrum Master with data and analytics experience with experience in Marketing Analytics (Market Mix Modeling(MMM) Media Analytics etc.) in FMCG space; 4) Scrum Master with data and analytics experience with experience in managing programs involving data foundation data platform development (Microsoft Azure / Databricks tech stack) in FMCG space

Required qualifications > Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration IT or equivalent required Consulting firm experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of expertise Scrum Master Planning; Proven experience in implementing and managing project in Agile with a Scrum Master role; Excellent business acumen and interpersonal communication abilities; Motivated selfstarter capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure; Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset Leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence teams without direct authority

Period of engagement > Contractor 36 months extendable
