What you will do:

• Design develop and deploy advanced AI models with a focus on generative AI technologies to drive innovation in digital products.
• Work closely with product management to translate complex requirements into robust AI features that integrate seamlessly into our products and services.
• Engage in all development phases from concept generation to implementation.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and deliver measurable value.
• Continuously update AI expertise provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members to promote best practices in AI development and deployment.

What you bring & who you are:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing machine learning and generative AI models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and with proven experience in integrating AI models and products into existing digital solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced agile environment.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and creativity in developing new AI approaches and solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies especially in deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of working as part of a highly collaborative team.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
