What you will do:

• Work with a team of AI software and data engineers along with data scientists to design and deliver AIdriven digital products.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to assess their needs gather requirements and prioritize tasks to maximize the business impact of our solutions.
• Define and evolve a strategic product roadmap that leverages generative AI to address business challenges in the energy sector.
• Lead the ideation validation and implementation of new AI product features ensuring they align with the latest AI research and industry trends.
• Continuously analyze and optimize processes to enhance agility and innovation in product development while fostering relationships with key partners and staying ahead of AI technology trends.

What you bring & who you are:

• You bring an advanced degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or a related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong focus on AI or digital technology products.
• Be familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum SAFe or LeSS tailored to fastpaced techdriven projects.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• You are a strategic thinker adept at identifying and leveraging emerging AI trends with experience in developing AIbased applications particularly generative technologies and fluency in German and English.
