Funciones
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Make phone calls and send emails to potential clients to introduce factoring services and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.
- Collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
- Participate in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on the companys products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.
Requisitos
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation outbound calls preferably in the financial industry.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude and resultsoriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Focus on quality and attention to detail.
