About the role
As Trustpair continues to expand its reach and influence in the market we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to complete our team.
As our Digital Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance our and lead generation and revenue. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our digital marketing efforts including website administration lead generation analytics reporting and campaign optimization.
Working closely with the Head of Global Marketingas well as the Head of SDR youll use your analytical skills andstrong passion for leveraging data to drive impactful marketing strategies.
What youll do:
Monitor our website performance (using Matomo Google Search Console etc)
Manage various projects with our Content Manager and SEO Consultant to create new conversion and SEOoptimised landing pages
Collaborate with our Product Marketer to update website pages and ensure messaging consistency across the board
Brief our Graphic Designer on new landing page mockups as and when necessary
Create test and optimize an ABM approach on a targeted account: mapping scraping outbound campaign SEA retargeting ads specific landing page.
Set up and monitor outbound campaigns; ranging from account targeting lead scrapping and campaign performance analysis
Build dashboards to provide strategical insights reach performance targets and iterate fast

5 years experience in a start up or scale up as an Acquisition/ Traffic/ Growth Manager
Youve already worked with a CMS (ideally Wordpress)
Strong knowledge on how to scale inbound channels; you know how toincrease website traffic and conversion rates
You are an expert in settingup outbound campaigns with knowledge of lead scrapping data enrichment automation and sales engagement technologies
Youre analytical and metrics focused with the ability to produce reports andtap into the data to make informed decisions
Fluency in English any additional languages are a plus
