Job Description

Ganda Business Solutions is a Professional Service Provider covering all General Administration (G&A) tasks. In our focus are entrepreneurial innovation driven growth companies in need of part or the entire spectrum of G&A services supporting their core business. Tasks

  • Acts as a sparring partner for our clients CFO and/or CEO. The Associate Partner Finance / CFO Services is responsible for planning and execution of all operational financial matters in alignment with the CFO.
  • Specific focus on financial planning accounting consolidation & controlling of the company

Budget Reporting & Controlling:

  • Elaboration & adjustment of budgets and rolling cash flow forecasts
  • Preparation of (consolidated) annual financial statements in accordance with SCO and/or IFRS
  • Controlling of actual cost versus budgeted/forecasted cost
  • Preparation of reporting to BoD/Management & BoDmeetings presentation of finance part

Taxes:

  • Preparation of tax rulings annual tax return and quarterly VAT declarations

Accounting / Payroll Accounting:

  • Organization of the Bookkeeping Team various supervising tasks in the daily business

Audit/Due Dilligence:

  • Main contact for auditors during yearend audit
  • Administration of due diligence data rooms with focus on finance part

Valuations / Share register / ESOP:

  • Company and ESOP valuations
  • Preparation of Cap Table and yearend confirmation on shareholdings

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • 10 years of financial experience in biotech and pharma industry is a must
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills ability to interface and communicate effectively with executive management and other functions within the organization
  • Solid network in the Life Science Industry and excellent ability to network and negotiation skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the capital market and financial tools processes rules and regulations including best practices
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Germany additional languages are an asset
  • Collaborative attitude Team player
  • Excellent planning and strong organizational skills able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
  • Excellent conceptual thinking which is used to approach and solve complex issues and their implications
  • Selfmotivation and able to work independently in a fastpace small company environment
  • Proactive and problemsolving attitude
  • Willing to work handson able to work without an inhouse teamPersonal resilience perseverance energy and drive
