Tasks

Job Summary:

As the assistant of GRACEs founder in charge of Sales Project management Marketing and Communication you will play a crucial role in assisting the founder with daily operations and implementing the companys strategic vision and execution. This includes support in sales project management marketing and communication including the management of our upcoming media.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Project Management Support:

• Assist the founder in benchmarck and prospection by identifying and contacting potential clients and partnership opportunities.
• Help in the preparation of sales support documents as presentations proposals and benchmarking.
• Support the project management team including tracking project timelines deliverables and milestones.

1. Marketing and Communication:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance GRACEs brand awareness and promote its services with M&C team
• Support marketing and communication team in all tasks and delivrable.
• Lead the creation of marketing and communication content including campaigns social media posts and press releases for example.
• Manage social media and communication channel to foster client and partner engagement.
• Oversee the production and promotion of the our media ensuring it resonates with our target audience and strengthens our positioning in the industry.

• Assist in the planning and manage preproduction activities
• Handle postproduction tasks including editing and uploading.
• Ensure timely release of publication and manage the media calendar.
• Lead the community management

Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Business school Master in Marketing/communication with specialization in luxury & digital.
2. Luxury Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury market its intricacies and customer expectations.
3. Media (Newsletter podcast youtube video) & Social Media Knowledge : Having a background or a strong interest in media as youtube channel podcast or newsletter and skills in community management on social media is a significant advantage.
4. Sales and Project Management: Demonstrated skills in sales and project management from conception to delivery with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
5. Marketing and Communication Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with luxury brands and internal teams.
7. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to wear many hats and adapt quickly to changes.
8. Digital/Tech Savvy: Experience with digital/tech projects or a strong sensitivity to them is a plus.
