Job Description
What we want:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining responsive websites and blog platforms implementing ads and creating site layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS. This role involves optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability troubleshooting and resolving website problems and working with CMS platforms such as WordPress Divi WPBakery and Elementor.

What You will do:
Develop and maintain responsive websites and blog platforms.
Implement and manage ad integrations on websites.
Create site layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
Work with CMS platforms including WordPress Divi WPBakery and Elementor.
Design and develop responsive and mobilefriendly websites.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
Collaborate with web designers to match their visual design ideas.
Apply basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes to enhance site visibility.
Design newsletters and landing pages using HTML/CSS.
Requirements
Proven experience in web development and site maintenance.
Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Experience with responsive and mobile design.
Familiarity with CMS platforms particularly WordPress Divi WPBakery and Elementor.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Ability to optimize websites for performance and scalability.
