Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary: The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care monitoring patient progress administering medications and offering emotional support to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

Record accurate medical histories and vital signs for patients.

Monitor patients conditions including fluid intake and output and maintain patient charts.

Assist patients with daily activities such as eating bathing and grooming.

Administer injections medications and wound care treatments as prescribed.

Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.

Provide emotional and psychological support to patients during their stay.

Communicate effectively with patients families to provide updates and instructions.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license.

Able to adjust to changing priorities and work schedules.

Collaborates effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
