Job Description

Bilingual Customer & Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our clients team in the printing industry. This role is crucial in ensuring customers receive topnotch support and solutions for their hardware software and networking issues. If you are passionate about technology and customer service this position is perfect for you.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $21.68.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 40 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 am. to 5 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamic environment.

Training: All training is provided in English only.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an excellent customer experience using effective listening skills empathy and urgency.
Solve hardware software and networking problems at first contact using appropriate systems and tools.
Proactively communicate the benefits of diagnosing and resolving issues remotely.
Resolve customer escalations through effective negotiation and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance solutions provided to customers.
Execute processes unique to major account customers to ensure service level agreements are met.
Provide feedback on policies and procedures to continuously improve the customer experience.
Maintain uptodate product and software knowledge.
Represent the client to customers and partners in a friendly professional and ethical manner.

What you will need to succeed:

Postsecondary education is an asset.
Technical support experience is an asset.
Solid problemsolving skills particularly in troubleshooting technology issues (e.g. Xbox PlayStation mobile devices software computers printers).
Strong communication skills (listening written and verbal).
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team.
Critical thinking and decisionmaking abilities.
Effective multitasking with attention to detail.
High level of achievement and selfmotivation.
