Team Lead Java Developer German-speaker

Our client is a digital bank providing a variety of financial products and services via its mobile app. It includes online account opening budgeting tools mobile payments and more all designed to make banking easier for its customers.

• The technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team in the area of loans
  
• The continuous development of your employees through cooperative leadership
  
• You design the technical specifications for sustainable conventions and architectures in the management team
  
• You develop and design processes and their automation
  
• The development of new and further development of existing features in high quality and implementation speed is also part of it
  
• Optimization scaling and further development of the overall architecture of your area
  
• You take overall responsibility for the IT systems for your area (software servers availability CI/CD)
  

• At least 35 years of professional experience as a software architect / senior developer. Ideally you have already gained some experience in team management or as a lead developer
  
• Very good knowledge of objectoriented development with Java
  
• Very good knowledge of MySQL Spring Boot & Docker
  
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. Angular) is desirable
  
• Handson mentality enjoyment of development and a high level of commitment
  
• Quality awareness independent work and problem solving
  
• Good knowledge of German ( 1) and English ( 1)
