Job Description
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of outbound call center experience (ideally 5+ years)
- 1+ year of remote work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment – OK with making on average 100+ calls each day
- Needs to be tech savvy: experience working with technology, computers, etc.
- A great communicator - both written and verbal
- Must have good internet connection because remote position
