About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Team Lead for Controlling and Reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy integrity and strategic alignment of our financial processes and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the Controlling and Reporting team as well as providing strategic insights and guidance to senior management.

Duration: Full time (38h); maternity cover from 1st of July 24 for 12 months

Tasks

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and application of accounting policies and principles.
• Design implement and enhance standard financial processes with a focus on FP&A processes.
• Produce highquality financial information derive critical insights and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Drive financial planning and decisionmaking by understanding key financial drivers guiding towards desired outcomes and supporting decisionmaking processes.

• Exhibit strategic agility and business acumen to navigate complex challenges and opportunities.
• Comfortably operate in environments with ambiguity demonstrating strong problemsolving abilities.
• Effectively manage processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Display autonomy and confidence in decisionmaking even when standing alone.
• Engage and inspire 10 direct reports by managing vision purpose and fostering an effective team.
• Demonstrate commitment to talent development through recruitment onboarding performance management and skill assessment.
