Tasks

• Collaborate with suppliers and sourcing team members worldwide to secure pricing and delivery schedules.
• Support account managers by assisting in the negotiation of deals based on various factors including price lead time and market conditions ensuring competitive quoting.
• Foster and nurture supplier relationships as well as distribution channels both overseas and locally.
• Assist in optimizing service quality business growth and customer satisfaction by liaising between Account Managers Sales leaders and the IPO team to qualify opportunities.
• Generate and process purchase orders sourcing results and ensure all IPs are promptly updated in the Rebound Trading System (GT).
• Ensure all systemsbased and administrative tasks are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a keen interest in electronic component purchasing.
• Possesses some initial professional and project experience in a related field.
• Has knowledge of computing components such as CPUs memory SSDs HDDs GPUs and motherboards.
• Shows strong drive and motivation to succeed.
• Exhibits a solutionoriented approach and is willing to take ownership.
• Thrives under pressure and can effectively manage workload demands.
• Displays excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
