Tasks

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers
• Develop knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries
• Use adequate tools and processes to provide accurate valid and complete information
• Ensure the delivery of great client service and a positive experience for clients

Requirements

• Native/Fluent in Czech & Fluent in English (at least B2 level) both oral and written with strong communication skills
• EU Passport holder
• Effective problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized and detailoriented
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
