Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing the organization's partnership transactions strategy, in alignment with the overall corporate strategy and growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluating potential partnership opportunities that align with the organization's strategic goals, including joint ventures, acquisitions, licensing agreements, and other partnership models.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential value of partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and business development, to evaluate and structure partnership transactions.
- Managing due diligence processes, including financial analysis, legal and regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.
