Job Description
- Driving behavioral change through implementing group-wide performance improvement programs and practices locally to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on environment throughout the respective organization.
- Engaging internal customers to raise awareness on all HSE across all functions and responsible for HSE reporting, analysis of hazards, incidents & other HSE KPI’s for global service project sites.
- Supporting HSE Managers & Site HSE team with the issues related to HSE and participating in routine and non-routine HSE audits.
- Coordinating and promoting the effective closure of various HSE origin and related corrective and preventive actions and engaging in incident investigation processes ensuring that causal factors identified have sound and sustainable actions tracked to closure.
