Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and speaks with confidence and conviction.
The individual is able to convince people to consider options beyond that of which they have already considered or discovered themselves.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and business sense to drive growth and close deals
Outgoing personality with great relationship building and management skills
Proven ability to generate new leads and relationships and systematically convert those leads into sales
Highly level of proficiency with computer programmes (MS Office etc.) and online tools (social media CRMs email systems)
Passionate about business learning and capacity building for SMEs and African leaders
A commitment to AMI s values of excellence innovation and accountability
Thrives in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
Absolutely rocksolid integrity
Demonstrated network and/or local community connections preferred
Selfstarter with a proactive approach strong time management and prioritization skills
Goaloriented hitting monthly and quarterly goals with the energy and stamina to work well in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
