Job Overview:
The Enrolment Support Officer is a key role within educational institutions responsible for facilitating the enrolment process monitoring student progression and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. This position requires a keen attention to detail strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of enrolment procedures and compliance requirements.
Job Description:
Assist prospective students in navigating the enrolment process providing guidance on application procedures required documentation and deadlines.
Process enrolment applications accurately and efficiently ensuring all necessary information is collected and verified.
Monitor student progress throughout their academic journey identifying atrisk students and implementing interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with compliance officers and regulatory bodies to address any issues or concerns related to enrolment practices and student records.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations policies and procedures.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in use of VETtrak or similar student management systems
Experience in the preparation of course documents schedules and reports
Strong verbal and written communication suitable to engage with corporate clients and governing bodies
Ability to work under high pressure situations in relation to claiming deadlines including a commitment to getting the job done at all times
Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement
