This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 18:45 07:15 total of 36 hours per week. RN Step down with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification National Institutes of Health (NIH) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $44.81/hr encompassing a taxable component of $33.81/hr along with a per diem of $11.00/hr.Non Local rate: $6.18/hr. Work Location: 50 Medical Park East Drive Birmingham AL 35235. Local rate (50 Miles): $35.85/hr.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. and nbsp;
• Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
