Subsea Engineer

Subsea engineers are the behindthescenes heroes of the energy industry designing developing and implementing the critical equipment and infrastructure used for offshore oil and gas production. This is a highly specialized role that requires a unique blend of engineering expertise and understanding of the harsh subsea environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and test subsea equipment and systems including wellheads pipelines and production facilities.
- Perform technical and economic feasibility studies for subsea projects.
- Analyze and interpret complex data from subsea equipment and reservoirs.
- Oversee the installation operation and maintenance of subsea systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety environmental and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a crossfunctional team of engineers geologists and other professionals.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- May participate in offshore operations providing technical support and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience in subsea engineering or a similar field (specify number of years based on company needs).
- Strong understanding of subsea production systems and equipment.
- Proficient in engineering design software and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
