Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team at Pianetta Winery. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our team remotely ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in the Food and amp; Beverages industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize emails calendars and appointments

Coordinate meetings and events both virtual and inperson

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Assist with data entry document preparation and report generation

Conduct research and compile information as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
