Tebleau Developer

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization analytics and Tableau software. This role will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations to support datadriven decisionmaking within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights from complex datasets.
• Optimize dashboard performance and usability through data aggregation blending and efficient design.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and outliers and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Provide training and support to endusers on Tableau usage and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest Tableau features tools and techniques to enhance data visualization capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Statistics or related field.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop Tableau Server and Tableau Prep Builder.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Tableau Desktop or Server certification is a plus.
