Job Description: The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning execution and tracking of marketing programs such as email event social media and content marketing. This role is ideal for a creative and detailoriented individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage marketing events including trade shows webinars and promotional events.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures newsletters and press releases.
- Manage social media accounts including content creation posting schedules and community engagement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings preparing reports and managing marketing budgets.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g. HubSpot Google Analytics MailChimp) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
