Job Description
Patten Title Company is a Texasowned company located in River Oaks TX. We are a progressive title insurance company that offers a fresh and innovative approach to the industry. Our team members are experts in refinance home equity residential and commercial closing services. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority.
This is a fulltime onsite role as a Director of First Impressions Receptionist at Patten Title Company at our Memorial Location. The Director of First Impressions will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors answering and directing phone calls managing the reception area scheduling appointments and handling general administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Experience in the real estate or title insurance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
