Job Overview

Our client is a reputable mortgage institution.

The ideal staff is expected to perform general administrative duties while offering operational support to businessunit staff in order to facilitate their daytoday tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintaining records filing systems and computer files
  

• Answering general queries by telephone
  

• Photocopying documents
  

• Demonstrate good report writing skills and paying attention to detail.
  

• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
  

Qualifications and skills required

• Not more than Ordinary National Diploma certificate
  

• Must be smart and have good communication skills
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel) would be a strong advantage
  

• Demonstrates ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in fast paced work environments
  

• Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and scrutiny.
  

• Minimum of 12 years working experience in a corporate environment
  

Salary

N112000 net monthly
