We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of our product strategy ensuring alignment with our business goals and customer needs.
As a Product Manager you will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and customer support to deliver an exceptional user experience and drive the growth of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the companys overall objectives. Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to achieve business goals.
Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create and prioritize product features enhancements and bug fixes.
Customer Focus: Conduct user research gather feedback and analyze customer data to understand user needs and pain points. Use insights to inform product decisions and improve the user experience.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing sales and customer support to ensure product alignment and successful launches. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor products and industry developments. Use competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Agile Practices: Implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development. Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
User Experience: Advocate for a usercentered design approach. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager in a techdriven environment preferable within the travel or ecommerce industry.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Product Management is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools. Understanding of web and mobile technologies.
