This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer role located in Plano TX with flexibility for remote work.
WHAT DO YOU DO:
- Prospect set up appointments deliver presentations close new client opportunities
- Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Full Time Staffing Outsourced IT solutions in cybersecurity data & AI) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies.
- Participate in networking activities user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate the execution of service agreements.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of commission based on sales performance($150 per qualified successful Appointment $5000 per mutually executed MSA) amounting upto $175000/yr.
Based on the initial 90 days of results this role has an option to be converted to full time role ( with standard base lucrative incentives vacation benefits)

Requirements
- Have 5 years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions.
- Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions Professional Services or Staff Augmentation.

- Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video Email Phone Text.
- Have sales expertise with prospecting appointment setting Applicant Tracking Tools
