At Nexus Therapies were looking for a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with a variety of professionals including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) Program Supervisors Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists (BTs). Youll be at the forefront of providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to children adolescents and adults with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Through employing evidencebased behavior analytic methodologies youll offer both direct and indirect services to enhance the lives of Nexus Therapies clients
Clinical Excellence: Administer conduct and evaluate behavioral and functional assessments creating individualized behavior support plans based on data.
Team Leadership: Train and supervise BCaBAs MidLevel Supervisors RBTs and BTs on educational and clinical programs ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Program Oversight: Manage ongoing program effectiveness holding team meetings for case reviews and making datainformed program adjustments.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure meticulous recordkeeping practices maintaining all necessary documentation and adhering to professional regulatory and statutory standards.
Client & Staff Development: Facilitate parent training sessions conduct developmental assessments and provide continuous professional development opportunities for your team.
Develop and oversee individualized client programs ensuring they align with assessment data and documented goals.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations crafting tailored support plans.
Regularly monitor client progress updating goals and adjusting interventions as necessary.
Supervise and evaluate team performance fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
Maintain active communication with the Clinical Director promptly addressing any issues that impact client satisfaction or progress.
