• Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams.
  
• Focus on Broadcast Order Entry for Account Executives from over 150 markets across the US.
  
• Interpret multiple types of insertion order instructions to enter needed data into order entry system.
  
• Communicate with other Sales Success Team members to ensure accuracy of order entry data ensuring seamless process towards order booking.
  
• Communicate with Account Executives when necessary to provide clarity on incomplete instructions or insertion order ambiguity.
  
• Respond to Account Executives to answer input queries or correct input errors.
  

Requirements

Expertise in Every Detail:

• An aptitude for sales support or operational support role.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Techsavvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  
• A great attitude flexibility and creativity!
  
• An understanding of media sales or a strong desire to learn about media sales.
  
• Bilingual is a plus.
