Job Description
Tasks include:
- Drafts and reviews production/repair work instructions for a subsystem.
- Drafts, and edits Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM). Collaborates with engineering regarding design for manufacturability concepts and limited specification requirements.
- Designs, builds, and implements improvements on workflow ideas, fixture designs, and quality improvements for a subsystem. Compiles and evaluates test and production data, prepares technical analysis.
- Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment for a subsystem.
- Adapts machine or equipment designs to factory and production conditions. Incorporates inspection and test requirements of a subsystem into the production plan.
