Role: Oracle Retail Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Description

• Collaborate with retail clients to gather and document requirements for merchandising systems including Oracle and other comparable platforms.
• Design and configure solutions based on clientspecific needs focusing on improving efficiency and accuracy in merchandise operations.
• Conduct functional testing of the configured systems to ensure they meet client business processes and operational requirements.
• Provide training and support to endusers enabling them to fully utilize the functionalities of the merchandising systems.
• Assist in the data migration and integration from legacy systems to new merchandising platforms ensuring data integrity and system compatibility.
• Work closely with project teams including project managers technical staff and other consultants to deliver project components on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues offering efficient and effective solutions to maintain system performance and reliability. Stay updated with advancements and new features in merchandising systems and assess their potential impact on current and future projects.
