Job Description
Job Role: Lines Design Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should be an engineering graduate minimum from a reputed university/institution.
- Having relevant experience of 23 years.
- Knowledge of CAD software Creo modelling & detailing fluid lines design.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of NPI CPI process and factory functioning.
- CAT STDs and processes knowledge is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support on NPI and CPI projects.
- Design hydraulic and HVAC lines for earthmoving machines(SSL/CTL).
- Perform hose stress analysis.
- Space claim review of design at machine level.
- Detailing the designed parts and involve in developing with suppliers.
- Release design for machine BOM.
- Simulations of hydraulic and HVAC lines.
- Involve in testing and validation of lines at machine level.
