Statement of Work Details
- Manage and maintain the calendars for Director Deputy Director Associate Director Program Manager actively understanding priorities and proactively resolving meeting conflicts. Receives meeting requests and schedules as appropriate.
- Respond to requests from senior officials and staff for information from multiple sources; coordinate and assemble data to respond to inquiries from senior management.
- Assist in portfolio tracking.
- Coordinate all activities for interviews related to new job applicants in TRP.
- Provide meeting coordination
- Prepare and distribute documents and reference materials for meetings that includes recording key minutes discussion decisions and action items from meetings.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint portal sites
- Assist in the collection compilation and distribution of relevant scientific literature.
- Assist federal staff with creation and updates to Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as backup/alternate coordinator for the Clinical Science Review Committee (CSRC) meetings.
- Coordinate travel packages for the personnel.

- Work products and documents related to assisting in the collection compilation and distribution of relevant scientific literature and related to the development and distribution of meeting materials (agendas summaries and/or minutes) for a variety of programmatic meetings. AdHoc
