This role requires a variety of strengths and capabilities including:

• Proven experience in IT capacity management particularly with critical applications and onpremises infrastructure. At least 5 years as a capacity manager in medium to large enterprise
• Experience with Hypervisor Kubernetes Databases BMC True Sight Capacity Optimization.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Expertise in Resource Management; Technological Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Budget/Financial Management including Business Case Completion; Controls; and Partnership and Influence
• Good knowledge of infrastructure management
• Ability to build an innovative culture
• Strategic planning (e.g. roadmap creation and execution)
• Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong engagement with internal collaborators.
• Shown proficiency in analyzing performance data to make informed decisions and ability to analyze interpret and apply information data and trends.
• Capability to assess and mitigate capacityrelates risks with keen commercial and financial awareness with a full comprehension of impact on business and internal stakeholders.
• Good grasp of compute memory and storage concepts.
• Manage the development and maintenance of capacity management reports and dashboards that provide insights into capacity utilization and performance.
• Strong experience in building capacity/forecasting models and plans and undertaking complex analyses to build information.
• Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills and quick to learn new software.
• Understanding or working experience with API is a plus!
