As an Amazon Connect Sales/PreSales Executive/Advisor specializing in cloud Contact Center Solutions you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers business needs translating them into technical requirements and implementing solutions that leverage cloud PBX systems with a particular emphasis on Amazon Connect
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to contact centre operations and telephony systems.
Design and document detailed functional specifications process flows and user stories to support the implementation of Amazon Connect.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and solution architects to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Assist with presales activities including solution demonstrations proposal development and presentations to potential clients.
Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for future enhancements or upgrades.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives through the effective use of technology.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customerfacing role.
Strong expertise in Amazon Connect including configuration integration and administration.
