You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAbout the job IS Coordinator Job Description Work as the focal point for coordinating IS and RLP requirements or follow-ups for RLP Project. Track and consolidate project timelines, updates, and schedules. Track and consolidate weekly/monthly reports, IS Score cards, etc., by coordinating with all Sections within and outside the IS Department. Coordinate with project owners to ensure projects are timely executed. Manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed. Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders. Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports. Analyze project proposals to determine timeframe, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects. Qualification Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Must have excellent written/oral /computing and communication skills for reports and presentations. Must have experience in IT projects. PMP Project Management Professional Certification, is a plus. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field A minimum of 5 years experience performing project management role on complex projects Adequate knowledge of IT security, controls & Network infrastructure, with some IT planning experience. Organized with attention to detail. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of project management principles and planning. Understanding of information technology procedures and practices. Experience in managing an IS Portfolio or Project Management Office Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
