The role of the CyberSOC PS Consultant is responsible for designing and deploying architectures for our Managed Security Services. This role is part of our CyberSOC own Professional Services team where you and other consultants will be responsible for onboarding new clients to our services. Furthermore this role will act as a direct technical contact for customers within the scope of the Managed Threat Detection Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with architecture and design specifically in relation to service delivery (Managed Threat Detection).
- Troubleshoot performance issues to build better architectures.
- Analyze data to create business value and/or investigate technical issues.
- Automate processes to reduce delivery time of our services.Work closely with Security Analysts and SIEM specialists to understand their technical needs.
- Assist our presales teams with technical related subjects.Proactively improvement architecture designs to support new features or services.
- Provide high quality technical documentations.
- Participate actively in reporting towards customers and management when desired.
Skills & Experience you should bring
The CyberSOC PS Consultant shall possess the following skills and experience:
- Finished apprenticehsip in the IT field or completed studies in the field of computer science Cyber Security or something similar with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of operating system concepts related to Linux
- Experience in designing and deploying data platforms.
- Solid understanding of Splunk or similar.
- Sufficient understanding of scripting languages such as bash and python.
- Sufficient understanding of automation tools preferably Ansible.
- Good knowledge of German and English
